Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a technical discipline or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
• Experience with high power and medium voltage equipment
• Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
• ESD practices
• MS Office experience
• Strong mechanical skills
• Soldering and wire bonding experience a plus
• MRP experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate and test high power equipment from complex wiring drawings and SOPs
• Interpret and follow engineering specs and test procedures
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure information flow
• Lead a team to meet production deadlines and maintain quality
• Diagnose electrical, optical, or mechanical malfunctions
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
• Modify complex electrical prototypes per engineering instructions
• Assist Engineering with test fixtures and evaluations
• Conduct developmental tests with safety in mind
