Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supervisor, Test System Production for Starlink. You will lead the team that builds, deploys, and maintains production test rigs for flight hardware, ensuring quality and schedule adherence across multiple shifts.

You will drive safety, training, and continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment. You will manage budgets, tooling, and vendor coordination while developing staff capabilities and maintaining strict compliance with engineering requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 4+ years of assembly and/or production experience.
• 1+ years of supervisor or management experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of test systems for Starlink satellites (racks, harnessing, fixturing, PCBAs).
• Supervise shop floor activity and daily/weekly assignments.
• Lead a staff of 10+ workers with performance management.
• Own operations and build queue across shifts and days.
• Collaborate with test engineering teams to align schedules and needs.
