Aerodyn Engineering is seeking a Test Project Engineer to lead testing programs at our facility, spanning turbo testing, flow calibration, vibration, and data acquisition for aerospace and industrial clients. You will translate open-ended requests into detailed plans, design test setups, and drive projects from quote to final results with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include designing test systems, building BOMs, managing scope and schedule, and ensuring quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in testing, automotive, or a related field.
• Ability to design test setups and lead end-to-end projects.

Responsabilités

• Turn open-ended test requests into a plan and high-level solution.
• Design mechanical and electrical test system components and guide controls, data, and fluids.
• Build quotes and bills of materials; review contracts on each project.
• Develop manufacturing, assembly, and test flow; identify risks and mitigations.
• Write job work instructions for test technicians.
• Own customer communications on schedule, scope changes, and updates.
• Track project profitability and keep scheduling and cost reporting current.
• Manage outside vendors for capability, certifications, and on-time delivery.
