Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Integration/Test Engineer in Canoga Park, CA. The role supports fast-paced missile and space-related development programs, with a focus on ensuring safety and compliance across multiple high-priority test activities.

Responsibilities include planning and directing component tests, designing fixtures, and generating test reports, while collaborating with test operations and internal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field with extensive experience.
• 9+ years of engineering experience; graduate degree reduces required years.
• Security clearance may be required for some assignments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct component testing across pressure, water/gas flow, vibration, shock, spin and pump tests.
• Develop test operations methodologies with test operations team.
• Design test equipment, fixtures and test systems.
• Create and maintain test procedures, specifications and schematics.
• Direct test technicians, analyze results, and write reports.
• Schedule facility maintenance and ensure equipment readiness.
• Support process monitoring and improvement projects and corrective actions.
• Design and oversee data acquisition systems and minor electronics.
