Job summary

G2 Technologies, Inc. in Apex, NC is seeking a Test Engineer to develop and integrate automated production test systems using National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand.

The role involves collaboration with project stakeholders across the SDLC and may include customer troubleshooting on-site or remotely, with up to 20% travel. Responsibilities include defining and validating test systems, debugging electro-mechanical components, supporting sales with proposals, and contributing to system design

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other Engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience designing, developing and implementing production test systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in National Instruments LabVIEW.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and validate production test systems using National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand.
• Troubleshooting and debugging of electro-mechanical components and software.
• Support Sales team in the development of system proposals and customer quotes.
• Contribute ideas to overall system design and work closely with Mechanical, Electrical and System Integration staff.
