Job summary

UST is seeking a Lead QE to manage test execution on cloud platforms like Lambda, Test grid, and SauceLabs for faster feedback and scalability.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in mobile/web testing, automation (Selenium/Playwright), API testing, and data validation across complex customer journeys. You will drive continuous quality through CI/CD and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in testing roles
• Telecom digital domain knowledge across Mobile/Web, chat/voice bots, and middleware systems
• Automation: Selenium/Playwright, REST API
• Hands-on: 4–6 years E2E business flow understanding: Customer Journey - Authentication - Product/Offer selection - Cart/Checkout - Payment - Order - Fulfillment - Billing
• Programming Languages: Java / C# / Python / Typescript
• SQL knowledge
• Data validation for transactions, order, and user/session data
• Test Grid / Tosca automation
• Manual Testing

Responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems
• Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates
• Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout
• Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with Corporate and financial workflows
• Ensure defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
