Job summary

You will collaborate with design and manufacturing teams, lead test development, and mentor technicians, leveraging hands-on testing and software tools to drive quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of successful test experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP, AutoCAD LT, and test programming.

Responsibilities

• Defines, refines, and maintains testing processes and plans.
• Troubleshoots electrical circuits to identify root causes affecting test stations.
• Conducts product testing with technician support and documents results.
• Ensures test plans and diagrams are well documented.
• Evaluates components for testing Borisch products and recommends suppliers.
• Interfaces with customer engineers on test issues.
• Leads test development as part of project teams.
• Develops and maintains test software.
