Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Lead Software Development Test Engineer to design, develop and execute scalable test automation for critical financial market applications. You will lead AI-enabled testing initiatives, mentor QA engineers, and drive coverage across UI, API, database, and integration layers in a containerized, multi-service environment.

You will contribute to cloud modernization and database migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and reliability while collaborating with product and DevOps

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on test automation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical field.
• Experience with keyword-driven or data-driven automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of scalable test automation solutions for mission-critical financial market applications.
• Drive automation strategy across UI, API, database, and integration testing domains with AI-enabled practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to QA engineers to promote engineering excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support cloud modernization and database migrations.
