Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in thermal testing or fluid systems.
• Demonstrated practical experience with flow loop operation and instrumentation.
• Strong data instincts and analytical mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Help design and establish laboratory infrastructure and test methods.
• Execute test campaigns supporting incubation and new product development.
• Document test setups, procedures, and results for reviews and engagements.
