Job summary

Vail Resorts in Bartlett, New Hampshire is hiring a Terrain Park Attendant. You will design, build, shape, and maintain terrain parks for guests, helping guests ride safely and enjoy the mountain.

Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Employment type: Winter Seasonal, with full or part time hours. Must be 18+, fluent English, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in alpine conditions. Vail Resorts is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
• Able to ski and ride to a level 7 or higher for terrain park work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in alpine conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and assist in construction, inspection, and testing of terrain park features.
• Install, maintain, and monitor safety materials including signage, boundaries, entrances & exits, and feature markers.
• Support Ski Patrol as needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
