Job summary

Vail Resorts in New Hampshire is hiring for winter seasonal roles, including Terrain Park crew. The position involves training, supervising, and coordinating terrain park Attendants and operators, with a focus on safety, risk assessment, and on-slope operations.

Starting wage is $22.26–$27.83 per hour; roles are full or part time for Winter 2026/27, housing not provided, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until December 15 or when filled.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of terrain park experience.
• Must have 2 years of education.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outside in alpine environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have own ski or ride equipment.

Responsibilities

• Training/coaching/supervising/leading of Terrain Park Attendants and Operators.
• Organize and conduct weekly safety meetings and document Equipment and PPE trainings.
• Lead Terrain Park Attendants and Groomers through daily operations and plan.
• Performs daily risk assessments and feature inspections.
• Direct leads, attendants, and operators to complete projects and maintenance.
• Assist in design/construction planning for parks, pipes, and events.
• Assist Ski Patrol on accident investigations.
• Hiring, firing and scheduling of terrain park staff.
• Act as liaison between Attendants and upper management.
• Assist in nightly grooming plans for Terrain Parks.
• Responsible for park operations/decision making when manager is unavailable.
• Model employee development and guest-service initiatives.
