Qualifications

• Chartered engineer or equivalent senior professional with substantial experience in construction engineering
• Experience leading complex temporary works design and management
• Ability to provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams
• Skilled in delivering buildable, safe engineering solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead temporary works design and checking, integrated with permanent works where applicable
• Provide tender and bid support through feasibility studies and concept development
• Manage design projects and act as lead designer for multidisciplinary teams
• Review third-party designs for compliance with client and Kier requirements
• Offer technical expertise as part of a centre of engineering excellence and mentor staff
