Qualifications

• Experience operating HRTEM and S/TEM for imaging.
• Knowledge of vacuum systems, diffraction, and ion sputtering behavior.
• BS or Associate degree in Physics, Engineering or Chemistry.
• Experience with TEM sample preparation using a FIB preferred.
• Experience with EDS and EELS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a state-of-the-art TEM to image semiconductor samples.
• Protect customer IP through procedure and vigilance.
• Generate and integrate feedback contributing to the continuous improvement of the sample preparation process.
• Produce the best quality data in support of Lam's processes.
