Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships, and performing Teller duties. Performs sales support activities for the sales area of the branch. On average, at least 50% of activities will be devoted to sales and sales support. Performs office and administrative duties as assigned to support operational needs. Some Associate Bankers are assigned as Area Associate Bankers; staff in these roles support multiple branch locations.

May need to register and maintain a loan originator license through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. Submit fingerprints, update registry, and complete annual training as required.
High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related sales and service experience. Interest in sales and excellent customer service skills required. Good working knowledge of deposit products and basic consumer loan products. Basic financial acumen and proficiency with computer systems are necessary.
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and communicate effectively. Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to drive to branch locations is required.
