Qualifications

• Two or more years of banking or cash handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, transaction controls and customer service practices.
• Ability to learn and apply Bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily teller operations behind the line with accuracy and security.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and problem resolution to Teller team.
• Manages teller-line workflow, queues, staffing, and coverage.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Reviews transactions for accuracy and compliance with limits and procedures.
• Maintains cash controls, end-of-day balancing, and cash drawer responsibilities.
• Assists customers with inquiries, escalates issues, and strengthens relationships.
