Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Teller to handle customer transactions and cash management at the branch level. You will provide friendly, accurate service and support daily banking activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to bank policies, accuracy in cash handling, and collaboration with team members to meet service goals. This full-time position is based at a branch location in the Damascus, MD area.

Qualifications

• Conducts all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.
• Keeps proper cash supply on hand and prepares daily proof record while maintaining an acceptable difference record.
• May process night deposits and ATM transactions.
• Delivers excellent service to all bank customers.
• May refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience.
