Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years teller experience with one year supervisory experience.
• Strong sales, service, and communication skills; detail oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational supervision and staff scheduling for teller area.
• Oversee daily teller operations and ensure adequate coverage.
• Develop teller cross-selling and referral activity; meet sales goals.
• Maintain policy adherence including BSA and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor cash drawers, reconcile ATM daily, and assist with cash control.
