Acts as a resource for other telephone operators, trains new operators and schedules switchboard coverage. You will answer inbound calls for Pittsburgh area hospitals, to connect patients and offices.
This is a hybrid role, which does require in office time, as well as some work from home. Hours will be 2pm to 10pm, with rotating holidays.
