Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking a Lead Telecom Engineer in Denver to design advanced building systems, lead design efforts, and mentor staff. You will coordinate with project teams, ensure quality and schedules, and manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a PE license, a strong background in engineering design, proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu, and the ability to lead multi-discipline teams on complex projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 9 years of relevant experience or 10 years with high school diploma or equivalent.
• PE license required; may count toward 1 year of experience.
• FE exam completion preferred; sustainability certifications (CDP, LEED, WELL) preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design, codes, and standards relevant to discipline.
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or direct the preparation of design documents, layouts, drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Lead project and design efforts from concept to completion.
• Review shop drawings for conformance to plans and specs.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to design staff; supervise as needed.
• Coordinate project scope, schedule, and deliverables with teams and clients.
• Maintain quality, cost, and schedule targets across projects.
