NEXT Electric, LLC seeks a full-time Technology Foreman to lead system installation projects in Madison, Wisconsin. You will supervise System Technicians, coordinate with Project Managers, review blueprints, ensure safety, and deliver tasks within project budgets.

The role requires 6+ years of low voltage installation experience, BICSI Copper & Fiber Certification or equivalent, and strong communication and computer skills. DOT and background checks may apply.

Qualificações

• 6+ years recent low voltage installation experience.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check, and MVR check when operating vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per contract or policy.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates & supervises activities of System Technicians including planning of labor requirements.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Leads weekly jobsite safety toolbox talks; completes safety forms and inspections.
• Coordinates with Project Managers to ensure productivity and tasks stay within budget.
• Analyzes blueprints for job site knowledge and plans equipment, procedures, and training.
• Performs installation and testing of systems and peripheral devices.
• Provides customer training and completes maintenance and support calls.
