NEXT Electric, LLC seeks a full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman in Madison, Wisconsin to lead and coordinate craft workers on commercial projects. You will interpret blueprints, supervise daily activities, and ensure safety compliance and quality standards.

The role requires 6–10 years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibilities, a valid Wisconsin Journeyman license, and a strong focus on safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualificações

• 6-10 years recent commercial electrical or related experience.
• 3 years electrical supervisory experience.
• Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory.
• 70E certification preferred, not required.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background, drug and MVR checks when operating vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervision area.
• Confirms completion and documentation of project safety reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work for conformance to specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers, enforcing safety regulations and tool care.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
