Job summary

Duly Health and Care is looking for a Lead Technologist to join their dynamic team in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. This full-time role involves supervising other technologists, ensuring quality control, and providing training and development across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist, along with IEMA and ARRT licenses. Competitive compensation includes a base pay range of $30.25–$46.00 per hour, along with benefits and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Active IEMA and ARRT licenses required.
  • At least two years’ experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist.
  • Strong knowledge of radiation protection principles (ALARA).

Responsibilities

  • Lead Technologist overseeing other technologists and ensuring quality.
  • Troubleshoot EPIC and PACS systems.
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment.
  • Provide expertise for staff development and training.
  • Act as a liaison between supervisor and staff technologists.
  • Counsel and motivate technologists.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Lead Technologist, assisting other technologists, ensuring quality, and handling daily situations (50%).
  • Knowledgeable of EPIC and PACS to troubleshoot and identify solutions.
  • Operate and be knowledgeable of medical equipment to serve as a resource.
  • Provide expertise at all regional locations for staff development, orientation, and training.
  • Act as a conduit between supervisor and staff technologists (50%).
  • Provide supervisor with input on service improvements, staff performance, and data collection.
  • Counsel the team by guiding, directing, and motivating technologists to reach their maximum potential.
Qualifications
  • Active IEMA license
  • Active ARRT license
  • Active healthcare provider CPR certification
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program with an AAS or BA.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist.
  • Strong knowledge of radiation protection principles to achieve ALARA exposures.
Compensation

Base pay range: $30.25–$46.00 per hour, dependent on skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of total rewards.
