ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley in Portland, OR, is seeking a Lead Technician to manage mitigation jobs in the field, guiding a crew from start to finish through demo, drying, and equipment setup.

Ideal candidates bring solid hands-on mitigation experience (water/fire/storm), IICRC WRT certification (or ability to obtain quickly), and a calm, reliable leadership presence. Overtime is common during disasters.

Responsibilities

• Take moisture readings and scope jobs on-site.
• Capture Matterport scans for documentation.
• Lead small crews/teams through the project, ensuring demo, drying, and equipment setup are done right.
• Help set and monitor equipment (air movers, dehus, etc.).
• Keep jobs moving and on track from start to finish.
• Mentor techs on the crew and maintain quality/safety standards.

Lead Technicians – Mitigation

We're looking for a Lead Technician to help run mitigation jobs in the field - someone who knows the work inside and out and can guide a crew through it start to finish.

What you'll do:

• Take moisture readings and scope jobs on-site
• Capture Matterport scans for documentation
• Lead small crews/teams through the project, making sure demo, drying, and equipment setup get done right
• Help set and monitor equipment (air movers, dehus, etc.)
• Keep jobs moving and on track from first arrival to completion
• Mentor techs on the crew and keep quality/safety standards on point

What you bring:

• Solid hands-on mitigation experience (water/fire/storm)
• IICRC WRT certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Comfortable leading a small team on-site, not just working solo
• Reliable, calm under pressure - this job doesn't run 9-5
• Willingness to work overtime when disasters call for it
