Job summary

SERVPRO Team Landers in Portland, OR is seeking a Lead Technician to guide mitigation jobs from start to finish. The role focuses on hands-on work and leading a crew to ensure moisture control, equipment setup, and documentation are done right.

You will read moisture levels, guide demo and drying, mentor technicians, and stay flexible to overtime during disaster responses.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on mitigation experience (water/fire/storm).
• IICRC WRT certification (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Comfortable leading a small team on-site, not just working solo.
• Reliable, calm under pressure - this job doesn't run 9-5.
• Willingness to work overtime when disasters call for it.

Responsibilities

• Help set and monitor equipment (air movers, dehus, etc.).

We're looking for a Lead Technician to help run mitigation jobs in the field - someone who knows the work inside and out and can guide a crew through it start to finish.
