Job summary

HOODZ of Grand Rapids & West Michigan is seeking a Lead Supervisor Hood Cleaning Technician. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, based on experience, with a one-time signing bonus.

Hours are overnight (8pm–6am range) and Sunday to Thursday; schedule varies. The role includes driving the HOODZ truck to multiple sites, extensive training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen exhaust cleaning experience required.
• Background in plumbing, mechanics, repair, HVAC or kitchen management is a plus.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to pass drug test and background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be physically able to climb on roofs and ladders and lift.
• Bilingual a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site crew to complete hood cleaning jobs.
• Power wash restaurant kitchen exhaust systems, hoods, ducts, filters and fans.
• Manage assigned HOODZ truck and ensure equipment is clean and organized.
• Set up and take down job sites, including ladders, plastic sheeting and vacuums.
• Complete administrative duties and report progress.

HOODZ of Grand Rapids & West Michigan is looking for quality Lead Supervisor Hood Cleaning Technicians.$20-$24 / hour based on experience to include a one-time signing bonus. Extensive initial training before assumption of Supervisor duties.Hours are primarily overnight (start and end times range from 8pm to 6am) from Sunday to Thursday, but schedule will vary.
