Job summary

HOODZ International in Grand Rapids area is seeking a Lead Supervisor to oversee on-site hood cleaning crews on mostly third shift. You will train staff, ensure quality work, and manage job-site safety. This role involves driving the truck, setting up and dismantling equipment, and coordinating with clients.

• No prior kitchen exhaust cleaning experience is required.
• Background in plumbing, mechanics, repair, HVAC or kitchen management is a plus.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site crew during hood cleaning projects.
• Manage truck and equipment cleanliness and organization.
• Set up and take down of job sites and equipment.
• Complete work independently with safety compliance.
• Maintain equipment and report deficiencies.
• Complete administrative duties.

HOODZ of Grand Rapids, West Michigan & Lansing is looking for quality Lead Supervisor located in the Grand Rapids area.Competitive hourly wages based on experience to include a one-time signing bonus.
