Job summary

Mann Wireless is seeking a Lead Technician for the Tampa market, with frequent travel across Florida. The role involves directing field teams, managing projects, and ensuring safety and compliance. The position requires hands-on installation of low-voltage systems and a solid understanding of RF fundamentals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AAS or AS in Engineering or Technology preferred or related military experience.
• 2+ years of experience preferred in field supervision or construction.
• Experience leading construction projects and field teams.
• Experience with RF and DAS systems.
• Low voltage cabling and testing familiarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be within commuting distance of Largo, FL.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and supervise subcontractors onsite.
• Manage scope, timelines, materials, budget, and quality.
• Ensure jobsite safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide status updates to Project Managers and customers.
• Complete project documentation and training of field teams.
• Install low-voltage cabling and apply RF fundamentals.
