Job summary

ROSS SURFACE SOLUTIONS INC in Nashville is seeking a dependable Lead Technician to join our field crew. No pavement-maintenance experience is required; we will train you on sealcoating, pavement striping, crack sealing and our equipment.

We are a new veteran-owned pavement maintenance company serving Middle Tennessee with flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and competitive compensation. Military veterans encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Comfortable driving a truck while pulling a trailer.
• Mechanically inclined and able to operate equipment safely.
• Willing to lead a small field crew and learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small field crew and supervise daily field operations.
• Train on sealcoating, pavement striping, crack sealing and equipment.
• Operate pavement maintenance equipment safely.
• Work outdoors in hot weather and maintain dependability.
