Job summary

ROSS SURFACE SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a dependable Crew Technician to join our field crew in Middle Tennessee. No pavement-maintenance experience is required—we will train you on sealcoating, striping, crack sealing, equipment operation and our field technology.

We encourage military veterans to apply. A valid driver's license is required, and you’ll work outdoors, driving a truck with a trailer and operating equipment safely. Growth into leadership is possible as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving a truck while pulling a trailer.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to learn equipment use safely.
• Willing to work outdoors in hot weather and in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sealcoating, pavement striping, and crack sealing.
• Operate and learn field equipment and technology.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient field crew operation.
• Grow into leadership responsibilities as the business expands.

We're a new veteran-owned pavement maintenance company serving Middle Tennessee and are looking for a dependable Crew Technician to join our field crew.

No pavement-maintenance experience required. We will train the right person on sealcoating, pavement striping, crack sealing, equipment operation and our field technology.
