Briggs Industrial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technician (Heavy Line) to diagnose, repair, and guide complex Truck and Rail equipment at customer sites, while mentoring fellow technicians and ensuring safe, reliable operations.

You will apply your expertise to meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards in on-site environments. The role requires 7+ years in diesel/truck/rail service, a valid driver's license, and welding experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience servicing Diesel, Truck or Rail machinery.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and certification on at least 80% of the designated product line.
• Welding experience is a plus.

• Lead, coach, and support technicians by sharing expertise and guiding diagnostics.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, rebuild, and repair Truck and Rail equipment to manufacturer specs and safety standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections at customer sites; maintain service records.
