Qualifications and Experience

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise team members to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Proficiency with technology (phones, tablets, laptops) for work management.
• Willingness to perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, weed management, and other groundskeeping activities, with or without specialized equipment.
• Knowledge of planting, pruning, pest/disease management, and chemical applications.
• Experience in exterior maintenance including irrigation, pressure washing, and general grounds upkeep.
• Strong customer service skills with troubleshooting and prioritization abilities.
• Commitment to company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial landscaping or exterior building maintenance, with leadership experience.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
