Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay range of $26.00-$51.00 per hour based on experience (excluding additional pay based on geography).

Qualifications for the Lead Exterior Services Role

• Proven leadership skills, including training staff on processes, equipment, and safety practices to ensure an injury-free environment.
• Proficiency with technology (phones, tablets, laptops) for work order management and record-keeping.
• Willingness and ability to perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, weed management, and other groundskeeping duties, with or without specialized equipment.
• Knowledge of planting, pruning, and pest/disease management using chemicals.
• Experience in commercial exterior maintenance, including irrigation, pressure washing, and building/grounds upkeep.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks.
• Commitment to uphold company policies, standards of ethics, integrity, and safety.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial landscaping or exterior building maintenance and team leadership.
• Valid, state-issued driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
