Competitive Compensation:

• Competitive pay range of $26.00-$51.00 per hour based on experience (excluding additional pay based on geography).

Qualifications for the Lead Exterior Services Role:

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to facilitate on-the-job training on processes, equipment, and safety practices to ensure an injury-free environment.
• Proficiency with technology (phones, tablets, laptops) for work order management and record-keeping.
• Ability to perform landscaping tasks such as cutting grass, weed management, with or without specialized equipment.
• Knowledge of planting, pruning, and pest/disease management through chemical applications.
• Experience in commercial exterior maintenance including irrigation, pressure washing, and grounds maintenance.
• Strong customer service orientation with troubleshooting and work prioritization skills.
• Commitment to uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance and team leadership.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
