Requires AA/AS degree with 8+ years of experience and expertise in 3D CAD tools (NX, Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor); Siemens NX preferred. Salary range 60,000–114,000 USD with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires AA/AS degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Classroom or industry experience with 3D CAD software is required.
• Proficiency with multiple CAD tools; Siemens NX experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring design staff and releasing hardware documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create precision mechanical/electrical design layouts per verbal instructions and existing models.
• Prepare records for release into design data and documentation control systems.
• Mentor new Electro-Mechanical Designers or Engineers in design procedures.
• Assist in selecting materials, finishes and processes for design tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company and contractual design standards.
