The Lead Cable Technician role primarily involves the installation and decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure within a Data Center environment. The individual is expected to provide leadership to crews and provide structured feedback on project progress to various stakeholders, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining Data Center cleanliness, and adhering to all production, safety, and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices. The role also requires collaboration with stakeholders to resolve project obstacles and the ability to read and comprehend blueprints and building documentation. A broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies is essential.
