Voda Cleaning & Restoration of West Palm Beach seeks a motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team and lead fieldwork in carpet cleaning and water restoration. The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience and a drive to advance with the company.

You will perform expert cleaning, document work orders, and communicate professionally with customers while maintaining equipment and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• Must be comfortable with hands-on physical work.
• Willingness to learn, grow and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in related services.
• Lead by example and be a team player.
