Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.

• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Complete work orders and logs accurately.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Lead by example as part of a team.
