Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Technician with 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and water restoration to join a growing team. You will perform expert-level cleaning and restoration, communicate professionally with customers, and document work orders and logs.

You will also maintain equipment and may cross-train in related services as the company expands. You should be hands-on, reliable, and ready to lead by example in a team-oriented environment with training and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration (1–3 years).
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of tasks.
• Good communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet and floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Be open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
