Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Technician to join our growing team and help us build something incredible from the ground up. You will perform expert-level carpet and floor cleaning and water restoration services, while leading by example.

You’ll communicate clearly with customers, complete work orders and logs, maintain equipment, and stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) bonus.

Responsabilités

• Perform expert-level carpet and floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player and lead by example.
