Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Technician to oversee fabrication, assembly, integration, and testing of complex electro-mechanical and avionics systems on the Omen Team. You will guide technicians, ensure quality standards, and collaborate closely with engineering and production in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, strong tool and wiring diagram skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years in a manufacturing setting (aerospace, electronics, or medical) with mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions.
Strong communication, prioritization, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead technician team daily to meet production targets and train team members.
Support hardware development through pre-production, qualification, and production builds.
Transition product lines from engineering to full-rate production.
Provide feedback on process improvements, line layout, and work instructions.
Maintain pilot line and tool storage; follow blueprints and schematics.
Record assembly processes, test results, and issues; ensure safety procedures.
