Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM - 2nd Shift is eligible for a pay differential

Pay: $34.00 - $46.00/hour - Based on experience
As a Lead Technician, you will function as an experienced technician who is able to perform diagnosis and repairs of most vehicle components without supervision. You will:
Education & Experience: Vocational/technical school graduate preferred. Five years related experience required. Must have experience in engine and driveline troubleshooting. Must have experience in electrical repair and air conditioning systems. Must have component overhaul experience and/or specialty (A/C or electrical) experience. Must be able to obtain passing grade during Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and/or vendor training.
Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License required; must meet company insurability standards. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with ability to drive manual transmission preferred; must meet company insurability standards. State Vehicle Inspector Certification (Class 7) preferred.
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
