1-800-Packouts SEVA in Virginia is seeking Lead Technicians to guide a crew in contents packouts for property loss scenarios around Richmond. You will lead a 2-4 person team, oversee inventorying, packing with care, and transporting items to our climate-controlled warehouse for storage.

When someone suffers a loss to their property (think fire, water, or storm damage) we are there to carefully pack up all their belongings, inventory with pictures, clean them if needed and store them in our climate-controlled warehouse before carefully bringing everything back to them in an effort to get their lives back to normal. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to travel in our trucks and vans to our customer's house in the Richmond area who have suffered a loss. You will lead a team of 2-4 Technicians and oversee inventorying, packing with care, and transporting the customers contents back to our warehouse for storage.
Sometimes the environment can be difficult, but we provide all the necessary equipment for you to do your job well (PPE, gloves, lights, dollies, moving straps etc.). We communicate with the customer and work with them as we carefully inventory and pack up the affected area and load everything onto our vehicles.
Sometimes the content needs to be cleaned before storage and we do that on site at our warehouse using ultrasonic tanks and ozone rooms to restore the items to their pre-loss condition.
