Job summary

1-800-Packouts is seeking a Lead Contents Technician in the Richmond area. You will lead a crew to inventory, pack, and transport customers' belongings from homes to our warehouse while ensuring careful handling and clear communication with clients.

The role requires a clean driving record, a valid license, and the ability to pass drug and background checks. You will travel daily with a small team to assist clients during a difficult time.

Qualifications

• Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Willing to travel to Richmond area and lead a small team.
• Experience leading a team and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' houses in the Richmond area with a team.
• Lead a crew of 2–4 Technicians to inventory, pack, and transport contents.
• Oversee packing and storage at the warehouse.
• Operate with PPE and equipment.
• Communicate with customers during the process.
