Job summary

1-800-Packouts is seeking Lead Contents Technicians to travel to customers’ homes in the Richmond area, where you will lead a crew of 2-4 technicians and oversee inventorying, packing with care, and transporting contents back to our climate-controlled warehouse for storage. You will work in a supportive team environment with PPE and training, with opportunities for advancement.

Compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, plus performance bonuses and benefits such as health insurance and paid

Qualifications

• Clean Driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Must be willing to show up daily and work hard as a part of a high performing team
• Be willing to lead with care and attention to detail
• Experience leading a team and meeting goals

Responsibilities

• Travel in our trucks and vans to customers’ houses in the Richmond area to lead a team of 2-4 Technicians
• Oversee inventorying, packing with care, and transporting contents back to our warehouse for storage
• Provide necessary equipment and coordinate with customers to ensure proper handling
• Assist with on-site cleaning and storage using equipment as described
