Pavion is seeking a talented Lead Technician to join our security business unit. You will install security devices, program and troubleshoot control systems, and read blueprints.

The role requires 2–4 years' experience with electronic security systems, and certifications such as Exacq, Genetec, SoftwareHouse, or Lenel are a plus. The position offers hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Must be able to see, hear, speak, read, and write clearly to communicate with employees or other clients
• Manual dexterity required for reaching, climbing ladders, lifting objects, operating office equipment and hand-held power tools
• Interact and communicate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels and across diverse cultures

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install Security System Devices ( ie. Cameras, Rex's, Door Contacts, Door Strikes)
• Program and troubleshoot advanced electronic control systems

The hourly pay range for this position is $35.00-$50.00 per hour . The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
