The Patch Boys of Lake and Porter Counties is looking to add a full-time multi-skilled lead drywall repair technician. We are a well-established and expert Drywall Repair Company.

Our business is growing, and we are seeking an experienced drywall repair, patching, and finishing technician to perform drywall repair, and also manage the activities of a team of existing technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the schedules and work output of multiple technicians
• Communicate effectively with the technicians to provide clear guidance
• Respond quickly and positively to management and customers
• Texture and refinish plaster services
• Work on new walls and ceilings, and repair existing walls
• Determine and specify proper materials and quantities for projects
• Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot issues, and present work orders
• Install wallboard or sheetrock into specified positions
• Measure and mark cutting lines on framing, drywall, and trim
• Install insulation and moisture barriers
• Remove plaster, drywall, or paneling
• Use mobile technology tools (training provided)

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Gmail, text messaging, and CRM tools
• Own all necessary drywall repair tools
