Job summary

PIP Global Safety is seeking a Lead Tech Writing specialist to support the sales team and distributor network by generating accurate, timely product quotes and managing pricing documentation. You will collaborate with regional managers to align cost and specifications for new opportunities and maintain ongoing vendor relationships to inform pricing strategies.

Job description

The Lead Tech Writing specialist will provide support to both the sales team and distributor network by providing quoting support for both new and existing products, ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive pricing. They will manage and maintain department specifications and pricing documentation, while creating specs and cost for new business opportunities. This role will also support vendor relationship management to help inform pricing strategies and ensure cost alignment. In addition, they will also provide ongoing support to Regional Managers within their territories, with a strong focus on quote generation, updates and follow-through.
