Qualifications

• Strong analytical background with hands-on agile experience, ideally in banking.
• Familiarity with web services (REST/JSON), batch processing and API patterns.
• Experience in enterprise application integration, middleware and data migrations.
• Collaborative environment with focus on delivering measurable business results.
• Hands-on experience with application development, architecture and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Systems Analyst on agile software projects, developing and maintaining integration architecture and leading PoC activities.
• Lead systems analysis to plan, coordinate, analyze, design, document and implement integration efforts.
• Facilitate conversations with business and technical teams to capture capability needs and outcomes.
• Manage flow of requirements from product backlog to planning meetings for a unified solution view.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain backlog and assist prioritization and estimation.
• Specify acceptance criteria and translate into test cases with the test team.
• Prepare materials to enable backlog prioritization and planning.
• Provide leadership to project teams in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Develop solution architecture models and necessary documentation for testability and measurability.
• Oversee design reviews, defect resolution, and architecture alignment with IT standards.
• Ensure adherence to application standards, portfolio strategy, SLAs, and processes.
• Evaluate IT decisions for customer value and company goals, escalate when needed.
• Contribute to executive-level presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors in tender processes and deliverables management.
