Lead Technical Support/Developer - Salesforce/Certinia

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and administer user access, security settings, application configuration, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with business segments and tech teams to develop and implement new processes.
• Customize FinancialForce (Certinia) with custom objects, fields, and formulas.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the platform.
• Stay updated on new features and functionalities, recommending process enhancements.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to users.
• Ensure system security, manage user roles, and perform audits.
• Upgrade and configure FinancialForce (Certinia) for performance and integrations.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder Certifications.
• Experience in Salesforce and FinancialForce configuration and customization.
• 3-5 years of admin experience including user management, security, data management, and roles.
• Proficiency in configuration setup, automation, and customization tools like Flow and Lightning App Builder.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certinia Certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• SQL scripting or similar skills.
• Experience debugging Flows.
• Strong focus on user satisfaction and data analysis.
