Job summary

Utah Valley University is seeking a Librarian - Technical Services to lead a four-person Technical Services team, shape cataloging workflows, and enhance the discoverability and accessibility of library resources for students and faculty.

In this role you will provide research support, information literacy instruction, and academic liaison services while contributing to collection development and system-wide process improvements.

Qualifications

MLS or MLIS from an ALA-accredited program; minimum two years professional library experience.
At least one year of supervisory experience.
Preferred experience in an academic library.

Responsibilities

Lead four full-time Technical Services employees; supervise and develop staff.
Plan and oversee receiving, cataloging, and workflow management.
Provide reference and information literacy support; serve as faculty liaison.
Perform other duties as assigned.
